While in college current President, Deena Papagni, applied to be a chauffeur for Touch of Class Limousine Service, although never hired, Deena maintained a fascination with limousines. After graduation and through a series of interesting twists and turns, Deena accepted a position with Touch of Class Limousine Service. Through dedication and hard work the company, which was at that time owned by Pansini Corporation, owners of the “Parking Place Parking Garages” a California corporation located in San Francisco, California, flourished. After proving her dedication to the company within the first six months of her employment as “Director of Marketing”, Deena knew that she had a home with “Touch of Class” as she loved the job as well as the industry.
The most interesting twist came when after her six months of employment the company was offered for sale to Deena. After much excitement and enthusiasm, Deena went to work trying to obtain financing for the company that she had been in love with since college. As a twenty two year old want-to-be entrepreneur, Deena utilized a creative financing strategy and purchased the company.
Since then, the company has grown from a fleet of 3 limousines to a fleet of approximately 20 vehicles including sedans, suburban, vans, super stretch Cadillac DTS Limousines as well as Lincoln Town Car Limousines, Stretch Hummers and Escalades and a 24 passenger limo bus.
Touch of Class Limousine Service, converted from a sole proprietorship into a Corporation in 2000. This company has received awards from best in its own local market to best medium size limousine company in the world.
The company is available for service 24 hours per day and is open to the public seven days a week. With a complete office staff, led by office manager Connie Fuentes, and approximately 25 chauffeurs Touch of Class Limousine Service is a model of proper management in the limousine industry.
Touch of Class Limousine Service has its own 20,000 square foot tilt up concrete facility, 20 hp vacuum system with drop down hoses in every bay, its own drive through automated “limo wash”, 24 hours surveillance for employee safety and protection.
