It is a pleasure to be writing you this letter on behalf of one of your drivers, Nate Montgomery, and the excellent customer service that he had provided to one of our clients, Elisa. Elisa had been traveling all day from Jacksonville, Florida to Charlotte, North Carolina, to Denver, Colorado, and finally to Fresno where she arrived at the airport around 10:00p.m. on Thursday. Nate was scheduled to pick Elisa shortly afterwards. Unfortunately, Elisa’s luggage never arrived. It took her some time to check with luggage claim and fill out a claim form. Thankfully, Nate was waiting patiently and picked Elisa up at around 10:35 p.m.

Elisa asked Nate if there was anywhere she could go that late in the evening to buy some clothes and other items before her interview with us on Friday morning. Nate informed her that Wal Mart was still open and that he would drive her over to the nearest store so that she could find some clothes. They arrived at a Wal Mart at 10:50p.m., ten minutes before the store closed and just in time for Elisa to buy what she needed. Nate then drove Elisa to her hotel at the Marriott Towne Place Suites so that she could finally get some sleep.

As you know Children’s Hospital Central California strives to provide our visitors with a “first class” experience during the time they visit with us. Even if we don’t end up hiring a candidate, we want them to enjoy their stay and have a positive experience with the hospital and Fresno. Nate Montgomery helped provide that positive experience by going above and beyond to help Elisa that night. Thank You.
